RETURN POLICY

At 2A Daddy LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality suppressors and exceptional service. As a small business, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining policies that help us continue to grow. Below is our return policy, designed to balance fairness with sustainability.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of suppressor sales and regulatory requirements, all sales are final once the suppressor has been transferred to the buyer by the dealer. This policy ensures compliance with federal laws governing the transfer of NFA items.

Exceptions for Pre-Transfer Returns

If you have placed an order but the suppressor has not yet been transferred to your name, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders canceled before submission of ATF paperwork are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Orders canceled after ATF Form 4 submission are eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable ATF tax stamps.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a suppressor that is defective or damaged prior to transfer, contact us immediately at [admin@2adaddy.com]. Defective or damaged items can be returned for repair or replacement at no cost under the following conditions:

  • The suppressor must not have been transferred to your name.

  • The defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item from the dealer.

If the suppressor has been transferred to your name and a defect arises during use, it will no longer be eligible for a return but may still be covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. In such cases, repairs or replacements will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms. Please refer to the Limited Lifetime Warranty for details on coverage and claim procedures.
